From making the 1st phone call to Cam with a 1000 questions Cam was very helpful & was able to answer all questions & suggest what would be best for us with the options we discussed. Then we called back & ordered a bike, Cam proceeded this then within the week the bike was ready for us to collect. Cam was amazing with my son & fitted him to his new bike. The customer service didn’t stop there, with the guidance of them showing us how easy the tyres where to remove from bike to fit in our car. We will certainly be back to support Cam & team in the future for anything bikes. A massive thank you again Cam & team

A Great Bike Shop

Paul did a fantastic job in getting me more comfortable on the bike and it’s really transformed my riding experience. Weekend group rides are friendly and a great way to get into the sport. Service and knowledge are exceptional, a great bike shop to have in my area.

Big shout out to Gabe for sorting out an issue with a multi tool bought over a year ago. Small problem but was incredibly hard to sort out through local bike shops etc. Amazing service and correspondence in sorting issue. Contacted the rep for the brand and shipped out a new one so fast with no fuss.

I've been riding road bikes for 10+ years & Urban Pedaler is the best bike shop I've ever dealt with. Product range is good. Gabe and his team are fantastic to deal with. Very approachable, very knowledgeable & they listen. Paul's superb bike fit eliminated knee pain & saddle discomfort, so I enjoy riding more than ever! :) To top it all up, the bike service (done by Cam, I believe) was just supreme! Bike rides just like new! I am one very happy customer & will certainly be back!

Amazing service

Booked with Gabe to have cleats correctly fitted to my new bike shoes after getting pain down the outside of my feet while riding. He took the time to get the right alignment and recommended insoles with more arch support after looking at my stance. Just did 80km to Frankston return on the weekend and had NO PAIN! Total win and worth the small investment. Next stop: full bike fit. Check out their service, parts and new bike sales too! Great crew.

Best experience buying a new bike I’ve ever had

Gabe took the time to help me work out what i wanted in a ride and the right frame size. Then when i got my bike he made sure the saddle fit was spot on and the seat height and reach was adapted to my body dimensions. Can’t say how much i appreciated the time he invested in getting it right! Whats more it was a relaxed experience and my lack of knowledge wasn’t a problem.

I did a Bike Fit in-store with Paul Davis and he was super helpful, extremely knowledgable and generally an affable bloke who has helped me take my riding to the next level. Gabe, Charlie and the team are much the same and their experience and passion for riding manifests in helping customers of all levels and growing the riding community sans the condescension you might experience at a number of other stores around Australia.

What an amazing experience.

We needed a four-bike rack. Unavailable in most of Melbourne, we made the 30 min trip down to the store. Every step of the way the team supported us through our purchase, with the team even helping us to build the rack and test it on the car. It worked perfectly and we're off to our holiday with the bikes on the back. 10/10. Thank you!!

After taking up cycling recently I’ve travelled to most bike stores in the Melbourne area. The amount of knowledge and expertise from Gabe and the guys was second to none. I wish this was the first store I entered!!

They made sure my gravel bike was the right size prior to ordering by way of using their bike fit knowledge and GURU fitting experience to simulated stem lengths, spaces and seatpost height requirements. 100% if youre planning a high end build or looking for comfort and or power gains I'd recommend spending the time and a small amount of money to get the desired outcome.
