- To help us provide a fast and efficient service, all bikes must be dropped off by 11:00am on the day of your booking (earlier is preferred). Bikes arriving after 11:00am may need to be rescheduled.
- Please note that Urban Pedaler does not service illegal or non-compliant e-bikes or e-scooters.
