Cannondale Adapter Headset - 1 1/2" straight frame to 1 1/8" straight fork. Suitable for bikes with a 49mm (1 1/2") steer tube that want to convert to a 1 1/8" fork. This version features upgraded internal bearings and the kit includes headset cups, bearings, crown race, lower bearing seal, upper bearing wedge, top plate, five 5mm 1 1/8" headset spacers, star nut, top cap, and top cap bolt. 

Does not work on Headshoks, Leftys, or tapered forks. This only fits on 1.5" head tubes.
