If your bike is thru-axle, and your older trainer is not...

This axle adapter kit allows you to put a bike with a thru axle in an older model Tacx direct drive trainer (Neo, Neo 2, Flux). It includes an adapter set so you can select the right combination for your bike. This axle is only suitable for the Tacx direct drive trainers. All Direct drive trainers from 2021 (Neo 2T, Flus S, and Flux 2) fit a thru axle without the need for adapters. All pre-2021 direct drive Tacx trainers only take a slim axle QR lever, so they necessitate adaptors to work with thru axle-equipped bikes.
