Sizing: The Fixture is the one-size-fits-all, entry level MTB helmet in Giro's wide range of mountain bike helmets. The shell size is large, (fits Large heads) and reduces with the internal fit system to medium-sized heads. If you normally wear a small, this might be too big for you. The newer & updated 2026 Fixture models will come in medium-size head casing (youth & womens models) and the standard larger Fixture models.
