Shimano rebuilt its last as DYNALAST 2.0 to better match the shape of real riders' feet. The Standard last adds around 2mm of width at the ball of the foot and 3mm at the tip of the toe, for about 4% more toe-box volume than the previous generation. The Wide fit is around 6mm wider with up to 7% more volume, noticeably roomier than both the old Wide and Standard lasts, so riders with wider feet have far more room. Reduced toe spring and anatomical heel and toe curves ease pressure on sensitive areas without losing the locked-in feel racers want. A new Narrow option also joins the range for slimmer feet.
